On July 18th, Molmat's management team attended a course on Emotional Intelligence given by Adecco in the city of Igualada. The efficient management of human resources must be based on values that emerge from emotional intelligence. We would like to thank the trainers and course organisers for helping us improve.
Following our stated mission of expanding into international markets, Molmat has begun to offer training programmes in English with the purpose of helping our employees improve their fluency in that language. Management teams, section managers, executive assistants and assistants have registered for this programme. Continuous improvement and training are two key pillars at Molmat.
